Hello my name is Chloe and welcome to CB Fitness and Pilates. Join me at my home studio for 1:1 sessions where I have small and large equipment incl. Reformer and around Derby for group classes.

I have learnt so much about my posture, with exercises to work on my posture and my carpel tunnel.
