Healthier No Bake Cheesecake

Ingredients – Serves 2

10g butter or margarine melted

1 tbsp honey

91g 0% fat Greek style yoghurt (I use Fage)

60g light Philadelphia

3 Hobnobs

50g blueberries

50g raspberies

40g strawberries

1tsp vanilla essence

Method

  1. Crush your Hobnobs until they resemble crumbs then stir in your melted butter - make sure all covered

  2. Add the mixture the the bottom of a tall glass or wine glass

  3. In a separate bowl add your yoghurt, Philadelphia, vanilla essence and honey - whisk until combined and smooth

  4. Distribute the mixture between the glasses and top with the fruit - leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving

 

 

Tastes great with less calories than a normal cheesecake!
