Tuna, Avocado Wrap

Ingredients – Serves 1

1 wrap – seeded or wholemeal

Half tin tuna

2-3 tsp of light mayo

Half avocado thinly sliced

10g flaked almonds

Pinch salt and pepper

Lemon juice


  1. Add the tuna, salt and pepper to a bowl and mix

  2. Carefully open the avocado by making a line that goes fully around it and peel the skin off and take the stone out.

  3. Thinly slice the avocado and if only using half of it sprinkle with lemon juice so it doesn’t go brown (you can use the next day)

  4. Lay the wrap out flat and add the tuna to the center in a line – top to bottom.

  5. Add the avocado down the center and the almonds and roll up to create the wrap.

  6. Enjoy!
