Breakfast Smoothie


Ingredients – serves 1

30g oats

50g frozen berries (if you are using fresh add handful of ice cubes)

200ml cold water (feel free to add more if it becomes too thick)

50ml milk or milk alternative

Tbsp low fat natural yoghurt (I use Fage)

Tsp honey

Small handful berries to top if you wish

Blender needed


  1. Add all ingredients bar from the handful of berries to use as topping (if you wish to use them)

  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth.  If you need to add more water or milk then feel free


Try your own mixtures of fruit or vegetables and remember this is a great breakfast but also a great snack or lunch on the go!
