Online 1-2-1 Sessions

What to expect

Whether you want Clinical Pilates, rehabilitation or help with general fitness, I can help you.

 

If you are pushed for time or live to far away from my studio online then 1-2-1 sessions could be for you.  

​

I have a range of options to suit everyone and only use evidence based exercises to help you safely reach your personal goal. 

​

You will have access to all your homework via an online portal that can be accessed via smartphone, desktop computer or you can download the app.  Each exercise on the portal will have a video and written instructions so you know exactly what to do.

​

I always advise clients to book an assessment first (this can be done online or at my studio) so we can chat about your needs and so I can 'see your body in action'.  This helps me decide what we need to work together on first and how best to plan our sessions together.

​

I also work closely with the best Physiotherapists in the area so, if I feel you need extra support, I can refer you to get the additional medical assistance you require.

​

Please note that I can only use mat based exercises.  If you have home equipment we can look at integrating them into your sessions.

45 Minute Assessment
£30

I advise all new clients to purchase an assessment first.  This way we can get to know each other, discuss your needs and set out your goals.  It also gives me a chance to 'see your body in action' so I can decide how best to plan our sessions together.

5 x 30 Minute Sessions
£85

This option is perfect for those who are new to exercise, need injury rehabilitation,

 Prenatal/postnatal or

want something to fit around a current exercise regime.

​

Most clients choose this option if they require only 1 session a week or, for rehabilitation, every few weeks.

10 x 30 Minute Sessions
£150

This option is perfect for those who are new to exercise, need injury rehabilitation,

 Prenatal/postnatal or

want something to fit around a current exercise regime.

Most clients choose this option if they require only 1-2 sessions a week or, for rehabilitation, every few weeks.

5 x 1 Hour Sessions
£170

This option is perfect for those who are more experienced in their exercise practice and want to push themselves a bit further.  We can decide together in your assessment if this is the correct type of session for you.
