If for an item arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement 

We do not cover the cost of returning an unwanted item unless it has arrived with a problem.

We only charge you £3.50 to ship your item to you (this is our cost price) and our couriers will aim to deliver your order within 5-7 days and often it’s even quicker.
