New class added - Pilates Barre! Plus Members Only page coming soon!



Pilates Barre Wednesdays 6pm - starting 17th Feb


Join me every Wednesday for this exciting new class which combines the Pilates exercises you know and love, with Barre Fitness moves.


Improve your strength, flexibility and mobility, all while listening to popular music (including some golden oldies). All equipment needed for the class can be found at home:


- Sturdy piece of furniture (chair, countertop, wall)

- Light hand weights 1-2kg (cans of soup work well)

- Mat (carpet or towels - to create support while on the floor)


You can try the class for £8 pay as you go OR, if you haven't already, sign up to my Unlimited Class Subscription and get access to all 3 classes every week.


- Tuesday 11am Pilates

- Wednesday 6pm Pilates Barre

- Thursday 6pm Pilates

If you hold a valid class subscription/pre-recorded video subscription or are currently having 1-2-1 sessions with me you will soon get access to the Members Only Page!


This page will include:


- Recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and puddings - keeping you eating right and exploring different foods

- Fitness tips - to keep you on track outside of class

- Technique videos - to help you get your form right and give you the confidence to practice at home

- Free short workouts - Keeping you inspired and helping you to fit exercise into your week.

Without all of your support I wouldn't have been able to keep CB Fitness and Pilates going through these uncertain times. I appreciate every single one of you and I feel so grateful that you chose me to help you in your fitness journey.
